UNFORGETABLE!!!
We only stayed for one week but could have stayed for a month. It feels like home, even better.
Wonderful breakfasts, accompanied with nice warm chats. We will miss that!
What a house, what a house! We were so lucky to stay in the garden house quietly and private, with a visit of the cats now and then.
The best tips of the area come from Dominique. The best view comes from Jean-Renaud. What a present!!

Make sure you give yourself at least two nights in this gorgeous historical home. Its superb location means you can walk around the village, to restaurants and by the river, enjoy real tranquility in the house and garden and explore the region easily, particularly Chateau Chenonceau. Very comfy bed and lovely breakfast in a wonderful setting. Many thanks to Mr & Mrs Guillemot for their kind hospitality and recommendations.
RECOMMENDED! We are an Irish couple looking for a quiet weekend break. We found this lovely guest house to be an architectural gem, with wonderful gardens, eclectic furniture and ornaments (you could spend a day looking around and still see something new the next day.) The hosts were welcoming and most helpful. Our room was the separate lodge with private entrance and was quiet and private, while we also had a patio beneath the beautiful mature trees. The breakfast was high quality, like the proprietors. RECOMMENDED!
A lovely stay in this superb setting. Such an elegant and unusual house - a great privilege to have shared it for a short while.

Remonter le temps dans une folie en profitant d'un accueil au goût du jour voila qui n'est pas folie. Quel plaisir d'arrêter le temps et de profiter des connaissance d'hôtes attentifs. Merci de garder cet endroit et l'accueil aussi parfait.

Sólo fue una noche (muy bien aprovechada) con dos niños 9 y 11. Es un palacete precioso. Las habitaciones que compartían baño (pequeño y básico) muy confortables y llenas de detalles. La propietaria muy agradable. El entorno, tanto Blére especialmente la plaza de la Iglesia como los pueblecitos cercanos, una delicia.
Relación calidad-precio excelente. Sin aparcamiento.

We spent a delightful 3 nights at the charming Belvedere. The location was perfect and our hosts superb. We were able to enjoy many things otherwise missed without the excellent advice of Dominique. The roses were blooming and we spent relaxing afternoons in the garden with local sparkling wine.

Sadly, we leave tomorrow after 6 enjoyable days in the Loire Valley, enhanced by our excellent room @ Le Belvedere.
Dominique was the perfect host, providing somptuous breakfasts and her knowledge of the region negated our need to visit the tourist information center.
We took Dominique's advice on where to eat and what attractions to visit and we were not once disappointed. She even shared her laundry and twice offered us sparkling wine, all gratis.
In summary a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We loved the valley and the accomodation was spacious, private and excellent value.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, dans une superbe demeure classée , très appréciée par mon époux.
Nous remercions infiniment, Mme et Mr GUILLEMOT,pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.
Ils nous ont été de très bons conseils pour la découverte de la région, des vins et de la gastronomie.
La tour des châteaux en avion piloté par Mr guillemot a complété et finalisé cette excellente escapade .

Nous avons passé quatre jours agréables dans un cadre féerique et avons été très bien reçus par madame Dominique et <monsieur Guillemot que nous remercions et félicitons pour leur gentillesse.
Nos amis Nelly et Maurice ainsi que mon épouse Liliane et moi-même Jean Paul se souviendront encore longtemps de ce séjour de rêve dans votre demeure magnifique.
